The staff and the facilities .We are so appreciative of their hospitality and I am especially appreciative how they accommodate their senior citizens with special needs. The breakfast acceptionaly good but we do not eat pork because of health reasons so I purchase beef or turkey sauces for my dad and we are blessed to have access to travel to market to get other items and share with other guests the blessings of this hotel.I would like to understand how and who provide the discount and how being member of Hilton Honor and Genius are an advantage for guests who decides to enroll however doesn't reap a special rate. The Management and whole staff plus some guests were exceptional courteous and so compassionate assisting the guests who were in need of assistance. The hospitality filled with patience to the point I am always willing want to assist them but they so professional and secure in assisting guests that I just thank The Lord for them and will recommend this location.Thank you for all you do in assisting my elderly father with his disabilities and kindness. My father really appreciate the staff and their patience and he enjoy their company and socialization with us.We are so grateful to you all.I hope when you get our age you are so blessed with patience and kindness done in love and business professional mannerisms always. They have really nice people. All the staff. Right from the shuttle bus driver who picked us at 1 am to the Eastern European front desk personnel who checked us in. Breakfast is better than most hotels ( more pricey ones) offer. Beds are comfy, showers were good. They are the only hotel in recent time who have a hot water/cold water free water dispenser. There is this breakfast manager who is extremely attentive on replenishing inventory and maintaining hygiene.

The surroundings and environment where you communicated with other people from different cultures and how they communicated with you although of different language and they not mind approaching you to embrace in conversations.I met some beautiful people and how they inquired about your family.The young people exchange programs and how they were enjoying NewYork and want to come back and also how shared their goals.
